For nervousness, restlessness, sleeplessness, and pains associated with winds.

Indication: Used for the treatment of nervousness, restlessness and sleeplessness. It is also recommended in the treatment of pains associated with winds in the stomach and bowels. Contains Valerian, Cassia Bark,
Nutmeg, Lavender Oil and Rosemary Oil.

Dosage and Directions for use:

Adults: Nervousness, restlessness and sleeplessness – 20 to 30 drops (1,5 to 2ml) three or four times a day and at night.
Pains associated with winds in the stomach and bowels – 20 to 30 drops
(1,5 to 2,0 ml) every half hour until pain is relieved (maximum 10 ml per day)
